Support for publication of journal articles Q1, Q2

The Doctoral School of the Technical University of Constructions in Bucharest is funding a number of papers by doctoral students or PhD candidates in top journals (Q1 or Q2) in Open Access regime. The journals can be of the conventional non-open type, but with the possibility of Open Access publication – in this case the Open publication fee will be covered, or of the Open Access type (Frontiers, MDPI, etc.) with the publication fee covered. The call is open on a first-come-first-served basis within the limits of the dedicated budget, depending on the amounts requested.

The eligibility conditions are:

(a) The article has been reviewed and accepted for publication or is at an advanced stage of review (2nd revision, 3rd minor revision, etc.).

(b) The article must be co-authored by at least one doctoral student and at least one UTCB faculty member or at least one candidate for the habilitation certificate.

(c) Payment of the invoice must be made before 1.010.2023.

Proposals should be sent to scoala.doctorala@utcb.ro with the following mention in the title of the email: call for papers Open Access

Proposals will contain:

– Title, authors, abstract – in the body of the email

– Annexes – Article – Correspondence or print screen from the editorial platform showing the stage of publication of the article
