The Doctoral School’s Organizational Rules and Regulations are an updated version of “The Regulations for Doctoral Studies”, previously issued by UTCB. The update was based on the provisions of the University’s Charter, following the changes in the legislation regarding the organization of doctoral study programs.
Taking into consideration that UTCB has only one Doctoral School, based on the academic autonomy, through the Rector’s Decision, the Council of Doctoral Studies (CSUD) merged with the Council of the Doctoral School (CSD), under the name of the Council of the Doctoral School, which took the functions established by the legal provisions for the two previously mentioned structures. As a result, the Regulation of the Doctoral School contains the provisions of the regulations pertaining to both of these structures.
