This is a seminar designed to equip team leaders with essential skills to lead without positional authority. Learn how to build trust and relationships, communicate effectively and inspire motivation within your team. Participants will discover strategies for empowering team members, delegating tasks and leading with emotional intelligence to foster a positive and productive work environment. This is an opportunity to gain practical information and tools to excel in your leadership role with team members over whom you have no positional authority. This seminar will be conducted in English.
