Internal Grants to Doctoral Students 2024 (GID 2024) competition
The purpose of these internal grants, awarded to doctoral students, is to provide some financial means for doctoral research, to encourage scientific publication and to participate in international conferences. This competition aims to accustom doctoral students to writing projects for research funding and to exchanging information directly with specialists at international conferences.
For GC-type grants, in the category of service-type expenses, publishing expenses in Open Source journals or for promoting articles in Open Source mode are also eligible!
For GPC grants, online participation in conferences is also accepted for funding. Expenses for participation and publication fees will be covered.
Applications for GPC Grants will be analyzed continuously on a first-come, first-served basis.

Conference participation grants (GPC)
Application deadline – January 15 – continuous 2024
Publication of eligible projects – ongoing
Evaluation – ongoing
Publication of evaluation results – ongoing

All electronic attachments will be in .pdf format.
The Doctoral School Secretariat will check that the files are valid.
The file will contain:
- ANNEX 1 – grant application
- ANNEX 1 – anonymized
- ANNEX 2 – PhD supervisor agreement
- ANNEX 3 – doctoral student’s affidavit
After verification, the secretariat of the Doctoral School will send confirmation of the validity of the registration and a registration number.
