First UTCB Doctoral School Christmas Party

Dear colleagues,

The Doctoral School of UTCB, is pleased to invite you on Thursday, December 13, 2018, starting at 14:00, to the First Christmas Party of the UTCB Doctoral School.

The event is free to attend, but please register on the Eventbrite website, as the venue will be chosen according to the number of people attending. The registration fee is 0 lei, but because the spirit of the winter holidays is as much about receiving as it is about giving, we hope that all participants will get involved in our small charitable initiative. So, on this occasion, we would like to collect clothes and toys, new or used, which we can then donate to a recognized NGO for such activities. Please note that the items you wish to donate must be in decent and clean condition.

We, in turn, will provide a pleasant atmosphere for participants to get to know each other better, share ideas, experiences and make connections that can be beneficial to them during their PhD years or after their PhD.

Finally, the Christmas party is an opportunity for both the management of the Doctoral School and IOSUD (UTCB) to maintain a close relationship with the doctoral students and their supervisors. So we are looking forward to welcoming you to this first edition!

Online registration will only be possible until Monday 10.12.2018 at 12:00.

The FINAL PROGRAM of the event will be on the Doctoral School website on Monday when we will choose the location.
