Accepted papers will be published in Romanian Journal of Civil Engineering. A selection of papers will be proposed for the International Journal of Sustainable Energy.

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.
Conference Topics:
The Program Committee will review all the papers. The authors will be notified of their paper evaluation on October 10th, 2023. The final paper delivery, with the required revisions, must be submitted by October 15th, 2023.
The Scientific Committee holds the right to request the revision of the paper if it lacks adequate quality and rigor. All the papers will be evaluated by at least three members of the Scientific Committee. The revision will be accomplished by blind peer-review, to guarantee rigor and impartiality of the evaluation. Selected papers must be presented at the conference in English.
