The 4th edition of the Doctoral School Conference will take place online, on November 26, 2021.
We invite you to submit papers for DSC 2021! We need as many papers as possible to obtain a volume indexable in WOS or Scopus. We remind you that you can access the works of the two previous editions, which were published here.

4th Conference of the UTCB Doctoral SchoolBucharest, Romania, November 26, 2021, online
The aim of the conference is to bring together doctoral students and their scientific advisors from the Technical University of Civil Engineering to get to know each other better and to become aware of their presence as a research community. This event is intended to be a good exercise for the doctoral students, who will have the opportunity to present their papers in front of their colleagues and professors, in English. All their papers will be published in non-indexed proceedings.
Submission GuidelinesPapers must be original, scientifically relevant, and with content clearness. Previously published papers will not be accepted.
The final paper is required to be sent until October 31, 2021. Format requirements, publication consent, and recommendations for publishing are available for download here.
The Program Committee will review all the papers. The authors will be notified of their paper evaluation until November 10, 2021. The final paper delivery, with the required revisions, must be submitted by November 15, 2021.
The Scientific Committee holds the right to request the revision of the paper if it lacks adequate quality and rigor. All the papers will be evaluated by at least three members of the Scientific Committee. The revision will be accomplished by blind peer-review, to guarantee rigor and impartiality of the evaluation. Selected papers must be presented at the conference in English.
