Clarifications on the functioning of the Secretariat of the Doctoral School of UTCB
In order to ensure the continuous functioning of the Doctoral School secretariat, the following measures are taken:
1) Requests to the secretariat or to the Doctoral School management should be addressed online only, at the e-mail address scoala.doctorala@utcb.ro;
2) Fees will be paid by bank transfer only.
Payments for tuition fees, or for outstanding credits can be paid as follows:
a)at the Romanian Commercial Bank (BCR) sector 2, with the following details:
– IBAN account RO06RNCB0073005630380004,
– beneficiary UTCB, Tax Code 4266570.
– explanation: student’s full name and CNP, which represents the fee paid – outstanding credits, or tuition fee, mention – Doctoral School
b) to the State Treasury, sector 2, with the following details:
– IBAN account RO57TREZ70220F330500XXXX
– beneficiary UTCB, Fiscal Code 4266570
– explanation: student’s name and surname and CNP, what is the fee paid – outstanding credits, or tuition fee, mention – Doctoral School
For these payments, proof of payment must be sent by e-mail to the faculty secretariat (scoala.doctorala@utcb.ro).
3) The monthly reports will be sent scanned, with the signatures of the supervising professor and the doctoral student to nicoleta.draghici@utcb.ro
4) For the submission of PPCS, elective disciplines, reports, methodologies will be posted soon on the Doctoral School website, doctoral students are encouraged to respect the scientific research project program in order not to accumulate outstanding credits.
