1st Conference of the UTCB Doctoral School

The Doctoral School organized on October 26 the first edition of its Conference dedicated to PhD students from the Technical University of Constructions Bucharest. The conference was opened by two lectures by important representatives of the current Romanian research scene. Thus Mr. Academician Prof.univ.dr.dr.ing. Marius Andruh spoke about ‘the beauty of research’ and Mr. Minister of Energy Prof.univ.dr.dr.ing. Anton Anton about “the energy future of our country”.
During this event held exclusively in English, 20 papers were defended, more than 70 people participated, 56 of them PhD students.
All the papers presented were of a very good level and will be published in a proceedings volume indexed in Scopus and Web of Science.
